Lutine Assurance Service s Ltd, the life and protection arm of Ryan Direct Group, has been shortlisted for Cover Magazine’s Group Life Award.
Andy Coles, Lutine’s business director, said he was thrilled to be shortlisted, and paid tribute to the hard work of Lutine’s staff in transforming the business during the last 18 months.
He said: “This recognition is testament to the huge amount of effort made by everyone at Lutine, and illustrates how far the business has travelled.
“In the past 18 months we have signed a number of distribution agreements with leading networks, launched new products and agreed new capacity deals to broaden our risk appetite and underwriting footprint.”
“I firmly believe that SMEs (sub 100 FTEs) has been underserved for niche and specialist protection products, and we made clear in our submission that while we are obviously seeking market growth, we are also fulfilling a public need.”
